1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by ONGUARD PROTECTION SECURITY LTD ("the Company"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Services Provided

We provide various security solutions, including Manned Guarding, Event Security, CCTV Monitoring, and Mobile Patrol. All services are governed by a separate site-specific Security Service Agreement.

3. Service Bookings

• Service requests can be initiated via our website or direct contact.
• Deployment of security personnel is subject to availability and completed site surveys.
• Notice periods for event-specific security are outlined in individual contract terms.

4. Payments

Payments for contracted security services are due according to the payment schedule outlined in your service agreement. We accept bank transfers and major credit/debit cards as specified in our invoices.

5. Liability

ONGUARD PROTECTION SECURITY LTD maintains professional liability and public liability insurance as required by UK law. Specific liability limitations are outlined in the signed Service Agreement between the Company and the Client.
